 2 Hour Adult Party Includes:
One-Two Party Hosts
Personalized Digital Invitations (upon request)
Unlimited Finger Sandwiches Include: Egg Salad, Chicken Salad, Cucumber/Cream Cheese, and either Ham/Turkey/or Roast Beef

Scones (blueberry, raspberry, and chocolate)
Hot Tea 
Basic Themed Cake
We provide it all! Just come, enjoy, relax and leave the party & mess to us! 

Pricing: 
Our parties start at $450 for 10 adults then $40 for each adult after the 10

Party Times: 
Friday: 4-6pm or 7pm-9pm 

Sat & Sun: 10am-12pm, 1pm-3pm, 4pm-6pm, 7pm-9pm

Fine Print:
* 20% gratuity will be added to the end of each party package
* 3% will be added to credit card payments

$200 per hour minimum of 3, this includes: 

• Use of the main tearoom, that has table, chairs, a buffet along with 2 round tables that you can put food, gifts etc. on. 
• You can bring in your own food, or have it catered. But there is no use of a kitchen, or refrigerators 
• Our venue can hold up to 40 people for our rentals
  

$300 per hour minimum of 3, same as the $200 rental plus use of our fine china, which includes our lunch/dessert plates and tea cups/saucers. We will clean up afterwards.
