If we don't want to bring our own cake in does the price change?
If you decide to bring your own cake in the party amount does not change.
Is my deposit refundable and what is the amount?
No, unless it has to do with covid 19 please see our covid 19 page for that info... Your deposit is 50% of the base party price, unless you chose to add more than one princess it will be slightly more.
When is my balance due for my party?
We do ask for your final payment to be 24-48 hours prior to your party start time. By paying your non refundable deposit you are automatically agreeing to our terms of our payment policy. This is for our non contracted parties such as our Tea for Twos and our contacted parties. If we do not receive your payment we will cancel your party and keep your deposit.
Can we stay longer once the party is over?
No, since we have multiple parties throughout the day, we do need the time in between to clean and set up. We have a 15 minute buffer time after your party so it allows you time to pack up :) We do charge in the instance you go over the 15 minute buffer.
What are in the goody bags?
Typically we have 5-6 trinkets in cute castle boxes.
Can we bring our own goody bags?
Yes! You sure can, keep in mind with the Princess party the kids are getting a crown and wand with their party :)

What is included for the adults?
We typically provide infused fruit water in the parent room, with cups. Parents are also offered cake.
How many adults can come?
Our venue can hold 45 people, please keep that in mind. We do not have seating for 45 people but there is room.

Can We get there Early?
We unlock our doors to the facility 5-10 minutes prior to party start time. Many people get anxious about this one, but I promise the doors will open the latest 5 min til the party :) We have multiple parties throughout the day and we need the time in between to clean and reset.
Can we bring our own decorations?
As long as it does not need to be attached to the wall or furniture you are welcome! Most people bring balloons.
Do the number of kids include Birthday child?
Yes your head count does include the birthday child, so 6 kids includes the birthday child.
Do we need to fix our child's hair?
For our princess parties if your little one is the birthday guest we will put hair up in a bun, if this is a Fancy Party all guest get their hair in a bun with a fascinator. Boys can have the option of hair gel or just a mustache.
Can we bring in extra food for the kids?
No, we do not allow any extra food for the tea party, if you want to bring extra dessert items that is fine, such as cookies/cupcakes/etc those are welcome. Please do not bring chips, or things of this nature.
What does the dessert table include?
The dessert table includes matching cupcakes, cake pops, macaroons and cookies.
Are other adults allowed?
Absolutely! We have a small parent room and extra chairs around for them to enjoy the party as well :) In most cases we will offer them cake (depending on party size) and always water. But our parties are catered to the children :) Our capacity is roughly 45 people (including kids, so keep this in mind).
Do the adults sit at the tea table and eat at the kid parties?
No, the kids parties are designed for the children. In most cases parents will be offered cake when it is served (this will vary on kids party size) and always offered water. You are welcome to purchase an additional cake please just ask your party coordinator.
Can we bring additional food for adults
Yes you can, but please make sure it is not greasy, such as pizza, or anything that stains such as berries. Also please make sure you bring everything you need for the adult food such as containers needed for the food, if bringing extra dessert items please make sure you have something for them to be placed on as we do not provide any plates/utensils/cups/etc. We also do not have a refrigerator/freezer for you to store anything in. Most of our parents bring coolers to keep their beverages cold. Keep in mind we will have fruit infused iced water in parent room with cups.
Can we bring alcohol?
Yes you are allowed to bring your own alcohol for your party.
What do I wear to my child's party?
This is 100% up to you! We want you to be comfortable! If you want to be fancy, be fancy! If you want to come in casual clothes be our guest! Our helper staff will be dressed in pink skirts and tank tops, iand our kitchen staff will typically be dressed down (leggings/shorts and top) due to her having to do dishes and kitchen things. But we do not have a dress code, this is your child's party and this is a judgement free zone so feel free to come dressed up as much as you like or dressed down. Just please have a shirt/pants/shoes :)
What if my guests are late?
We are happy to wait until everyone arrives, but we do encourage starting at least by 5-10 after, because if we start late we cannot go over on our time as we have multiple parties scheduled through out the day.
